Peek is a flexible resin with ultra-heat resistance and thermoplastic properties. It has outstanding creep resistance and self-extinguishing properties. It can meet the requirements of UL94V-1 (thickness 0.3mm), 94V-0 (thickness 1.5mm), 94V-5 (thickness 3.2mm) without adding any flame retardant.

Peek wire and cable as a kind of high temperature line of environmental protection and energy saving, long-term continuous service temperature of 250 degrees, UL temperature index of 250 degrees. At the same time, it can keep good mechanical properties and electrical insulation under the irradiation dose of 1100Mrad. The electromagnetic wire, wire and cable with PEEK as insulation material can be used as the winding wire and lead wire of the drive mechanical coil of nuclear reactor control system, and the mechanism coil skeleton and coil in the drive of nuclear reactor control system.

Polyethersulfone (PES) insulated wire has excellent heat resistance, physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties, extrusion molding, especially with continuous use at high temperature and rapid temperature changes in the environment can still maintain stable performance and other outstanding advantages: Thermal deformation temperature is 200-220 degrees, continuous use temperature is 180-200 degrees, UL temperature index is 180 degrees; Can withstand 150-160 degrees of hot water or steam, at high temperature from acid, alkali erosion; Elastic modulus in -100--200 degrees almost unchanged, especially in 100 degrees above any thermoplastic resin is better; The linear expansion coefficient is small and its temperature dependence is small. It is non-toxic, recognized by FDA of the United States, and also meets the requirements of no. 434 and 178 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan; With self-extinguishing, without adding any flame retardant has excellent flame retardant, up to UL94V-0 class (0.46mm).
